We do believe in decreasing costs and increasing profits, but not at an expense of quality or service. From the very first time that you will work with us, quality will be very evident to you. Every aspect of our products was thought through: the print is crisp and clear, the cutting is straight and precise, and the lamination does not peal. Even the business card packaging is colourful, sturdy, and complements the finished product.
There are companies who offer great service and quality – no doubt about it. The only challenge is that it sometimes comes at a price. This is where the importance of value comes in. Our products are very affordable. We are not the cheapest supplier out there and we don't claim to be. We know that if you get a client on price, you will loose them on price. We are confident, however, that we consistently offer fantastic value on our main products. Our products are priced substantially below their market price. We stand behind our products. Needless to say, if we screw up with an order (yes, that does happen from time to time), we will replace it free of charge. We also, depending on circumstances, sometimes will cover customer errors. We do not cover customer negligence, like spelling mistakes, but we do often cover situations where customers make a mistake unknowingly and we fail to correct it.
Centralized production is the key to our business model. This makes shipping a vital aspect to our success – it increases the costs and the turnaround times. On the cost side, our prices always include delivery to your door to most cities in North America. On the turnaround side, the time includes delivery. The geographical borders are being blurred by the Internet and the World Wide Web. Developing our relationship and being flexible comes back to the idea of service that we introduced earlier. With the world heading online, strong relationships are as important as ever.
