You get in touch, and they are very quick to respond to your questions and are very happy to offer you their 'special' reseller program. You have concluded that this will, indeed, be your new 'amazing' print supplier. You go through a few positive transactions and the product seems to arrive on time without too many defects. You keep growing your business and reach a point where you can tackle larger accounts and therefore naturally increase your print volumes.
One day you place a large order of business cards and corporate folders for one of your key accounts. Two months later, the product is not there and no one picks up the phone on the other side of the line. Your printer seems to have dropped off the face of the earth, leaving you with many upset customers and a bitter taste in your mouth. Examples of this nature are as abundant as air with online printers who attract you with a great price deal.
